Pros
Algotec hires great people, usually army/8200. Work-life balance is relatively better than other tech companies in the area. Technologically try to improve to latest technologies. Friendly atmosphere and very veteran employees that can teach you great technical skills...
Cons
Compensation can be less than average on some roles. It is a small company inside a corporation so there is limited promotion possibilities and very few employees ever got promoted to the mother-corporation (Carestream). Tech-wise they are not the most updated company.
