      3 days from home, 2 from office interesting work good managers and team leads

      Cons

      no cibus/ten bis but there's addition of 600 nis to salary and 2 days a week in the office with food on them tight office, not that fancy

      Mid-level management doesn't know what they're doing High level management disconnected from what's happening in the company No real product, no real tech, research based service - without skilled researchers Promotional paths based on personal connections Low quality deliverables No talent retention WFH does NOT equal WLB - frequently expected to work unreasonable hours
