      Great surrounding engineering team and leadership. An emphasis on personal development. A great place to develop yourself as a software developer. Chance to do significant development work in a great product which makes the internet safer. Only mandatory to come once a week Office is dog friendly

      Cons

      On call for entire week (including weekends) without extra pay No Cibus! (they order lunch if you come to the office) Hot seats (no fixed seating place) No fixed parking

      Mid-level management doesn't know what they're doing High level management disconnected from what's happening in the company No real product, no real tech, research based service - without skilled researchers Promotional paths based on personal connections Low quality deliverables No talent retention WFH does NOT equal WLB - frequently expected to work unreasonable hours
