Poorly managed organization from C level to senior management across all levels of the organization but especially in sales and marketing functions. I have had the opportunity to work for first class software platforms, the Sparq platform or “tool” as it is often referred cannot be added to that list. Definitely not platform driven organization which most successful software companies are.
