Sinking Ship, No Motivation - Designer Alida Employee Review

Layoffs every 3-6 months for the past 2 years. Letting go of key players, high achievers, who had a better vision of the products and company than the managers themselves. Stressful environment: no-one is motivated, people are ALWAYS expecting to get laid off. Financially the company is doing pretty bad. Company doesn’t have a future, definitely a sinking ship, “sinking” faster every day.
