Pros
Alida has wonderful and caring people, so in spite of the current tech climate and recent company layoffs, there remains a better than expected culture. The energy is still high, and the execs are transparent about where we have been and where we are going. Also, clients rank our Customer Success team very highly. And Product is aligned with customer needs.

Navigating the current saas climate is difficult for everyone, so that presents the same challenges for Alida, but they are doing the right thing to set up for future success.
