Pros

Amazing coworkers, they keep me here every day.

Cons

Last Tuesday, the hiring of a new recruiter was announced to help boost the company's goal of expanding clinics around the city and into surrounding states. Today, less than 1 week later, 10% of the staff was laid off over the course of a few hours without explanation and without severance. The fact that three slow days in the clinic, due to a world wide pandemic, were enough to tank this company to the point of mass layoffs should tell you all you need to know. This is a company controlled by greed and woefully mismanaged by an inept and unqualified group, none of whom have healthcare backgrounds. My guess is they will not survive the pandemic, however if they do, and when they are inevitably looking to replace the many employees who will leave, do not be lulled into false promises. Let them meet their fate without dragging you down with them.

Pros

The coworkers were amazing as well as management. They didn't just ask you about how work was going but also your outside life.

Cons

Odd schedule but you get used to it! It's nice that you get Sunday/Monday off or two different days if you are on the second schedule.

Disorganized. Unprofessional. Underpaid for the amount of work required Focused on pushing services and supplements instead of being focusing on actually healing the patient If working on the functional medicine team, the expectations are unrealistic. You will work more than 40 hours per week to complete all your patient charts If working on the chiropractic and acupuncture team, patients visits are stacked and you will see patients every 15 minutes. Workdays are long. You will be required to work double shifts as part of your workload. Note: you may not have time for a decent lunc
