High-cost benefits with inadequate coverage for employees - Concierge Alignment Healthcare Employee Review

The benefits are really expensive out of payroll and the coverage is awful. I couldn’t afford to need care. All plans offered have high deductibles, high out of pocket maximums, and some basic care isn’t included. This is really sad that we had to serve members who had great benefits at no cost to them but the workers can’t afford to see a doctor ourselves.
