Leadership values employees and is open to suggestions from front line clinicians. Work life balance is a huge bonus. We are revolutionizing how we care for our seniors in the comfort of their own home helping to bridge any gaps in care that may not be detected in the doctor's office. Newer program which will come with some growing pains but well worth it given all the pros. PTO accrual needs to increased.
