Pros
The company is financially stable, has good training programs for employee development , offers an intersting and challenging environment, is family friendly and focused on new product development.
Cons
Heavy workload for employees who are involved with new developments in quality programs and improvements to food safety. IT and MIS not great, computers are older and ERP is outdated and requires a great deal of time to correct and verify data entries for inventory.
