Pros
Alko is taking good care of employee's well being, there are always clear routines and rules how to do your work. colleagues are helpful and company image is extremely good.
Cons
Not much room for innovation, work load is quite high, extremely strict for social media, quite slow decision making, lots of rules for business, due to very cost efficient rota planning work may be very stressful. Not much possibilities to plan your work day in advance or to affect on you work. Due to long opening hours the balance between work and life is not very optimal.
