Terrible management, two-faced co-workers - Anonymous employee All Languages Employee Review

Management just didn't seem to know what it was doing. One of the managers would assign you extra work and explain very poorly and incoherently what they wanted, then blame you when you did it wrong. Same person would also throw the occasional temper tantrum at employees, out in the open, over inconsequential issues. Terrible communication between managers and each other, and between managers and employees. Co-workers could be very two-faced and hypocritical sometimes. They would be chatty and friendly to your face, and then go and snitch on you to management over something ridiculous. Also, going on the Internet for non-work reasons, even just to check your personal e-mail for a minute, was highly, highly frowned upon. If another 9/11 happened during the workday, you probably wouldn't find out about it until you got home.
