      So few that I can't think of many

      Cons

      Management constantly bickers and can't make up their mind, very negative atmosphere, Owner comes in and randomly fires people for small mistakes

      Pros

      Good coworkers, good resume filler

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low and only got a $1.50 raise after 3 years. If you do move up, they expect you to still help out with lower work as they can't keep employees. Management doesn't listen and makes work a nightmare. Also help desk does not get off for holidays or invited to any work parties while all of the business side is always celebrated for the IT teams work.
