Pros
Great benefits, paid time off & holidays.I have worked for them for many years & used to love it. Always did fun things as an office & everyone got along. Great work/life balance. A family atmosphere.
Cons
Upper Management makes bad choices regarding lower management. Older people seem to get pushed out to bring in young people which has made it very clicky. No longer a fun or family atmosphere. Local management has favorites.
