Pros
One of the best jobs I've had. Upper management was organized, passionate, welcoming and accommodating. The work was fulfilling and fun. The nature of the role required several hats to be worn and promoted overall professional development, in ways that I didn't expect too. Excellent company morale/team building
Cons
Noticed several colleagues were overworked and that sometimes impacted my day to day. Even though I had less of a workload, I also found myself working past EOD and becoming overworked at times. The role didn't allow for the sharing of loads/easily taking a a half day. Handful of emotionally taxing student situations/dilemmas The biggest con is that I was underpaid at the time
