I've been reading our reviews and it looks like some of these are fake. We've not had an employee who worked here for 8 years that moved to Arizona. Our Staff is larger than it has ever been We have expanded the size of our office and opened up a second location in Newport Beach David Odaka is one of the best bosses I have ever had. I have been with the company for 10 years. Our staff gets along so well, we hang out together outside of work. We get many amazing FAM trips for the leisure agents and are currently setting up special FAM trips just for the Corporate Team agents. We go on big Officewide FAM trips every year. We have an afterhours team that covers the weekends for the agents We are blessed to have such high net worth clients and amazing staff members. We have many team bonding activities we do throughout the year. We are very much behind, anyone that wants to advance into the next level of their career goals. We have quarterly bonus' We have amazing Views of Santa Monica, with incredible Sunsets that make it very hard to work sometimes.

We do have a weekend rotation to cover the after-hours, so as an agent here, you may have to work a shift maybe 3 times a year, unless you like to make extra money... you can work as many times as you want.
