Pros
Decent looking office that you'll spend about 45-60 minutes in PER DAY. Rest of the time will be in your own car or on your feet.
Cons
Not what it seems. They advertise themselves as a "Marketing" company with a flashy website about all these products they market, but they're not, 5 Minutes into the interview and was already being told about what "business" they're in. They've got one product...windshields...they sell windshields. I get it, big money in windshields, for companies ALREADY ESTABLISHED in the industry. Right off the bat being told "you're going to be hitting the pavement selling windshields to companies". On the application it asks what your form of transportation was to get there. Should have been a red flag for me once I walked in that door. If you wanna put all these miles on your own car being a salesman go right ahead. Exact words from the owner "my guys aren't out there just slingin' windshields, they're gaining skills for a career". The interview was a well rehearsed sales pitch from the owner himself, not an interview. Nothing comes up on google other than their website, glassdoor reviews, and all their job postings for them. Good luck.
