Pros
The money is alright until there’s a “raise freeze” and no one gets cost of living increases for years.
Cons
There is almost no communication between field employees and the office. All the way to the point my entire crew was laid off with absolutely no warning, no heads-up, no two weeks nothing. The field guys don’t have home lives set up because All Systems works us so often out on the road so this lay off was devastating for a lot of us. Some of my fellow ex employees didn’t even have homes to go to! This company is clearly only about profits and not about people.
