Pros
If you like to travel as a field technician then this is a great opportunity. There systems are fairly straight forward to troubleshoot. The production people and non-management folks are great to work with. They pay for your training, licenses and certifications required for the field positions. Pay is mediocre but there is overtime opportunity's.
Cons
Management at the top and middle levels have ego issues between them and therefore contaminate the entire organization. Engineering management spends way to much time micromanaging the entire company instead of there own dept. Accounting will nickle and dime you over reasonable standard expenses.and travel costs. Customer service and HR departments are relatively new and inexperienced creating training issues and a distrustful aura that has lead to a revolving door mentality. Some supervisors have a dishonest and unprofessional work ethic that ultimately undermines personnel growth..
