      Small potential to learn about real estate.

      Cons

      - Minimal training with huge expectation to complete work perfectly. - Upper management likes to separate themselves which led to a broken collaborative environment. - Lots of internal issues and tons of micromanaging. - No work/life balance. Will need to always be on call in case of emergencies. - High employee turnover rate. - Little room to grow.

      Pros

      This company has strong leadership from the top-down. There is a strong culture that makes me look forward to coming to the office. I feel valued and like my opinion matters. The company is fast-growing and ready to embrace new strategies, technologies and ways of thinking. I highly recommend.

      Cons

      If you are an order taker, this may not be the place for you. You will have autonomy and the opportunity to provide insights on how the company can grow and improve.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over 6 years and throughout my experience I've been empowered and able to grow my professional and also personal goals, and provides the tools and resources to achieve them. There is a lot of internal growth opportunities. We have a super collaborative and fun culture and enjoy monthly team outings.

      Starting to outgrow the office, ready for new location
