- Boss promises you the sky, but delivers nothing but air, served to you in a form of a 15-minute TED talk. - When a facial verification door lock with timestamp isn't enough; you need to pin your whatsapp location, as well as send your boomer boss a good morning text every day without fail (remember to include one of those boomer gifs) - Don't get me started on the remuneration, Refer to point 1. Workplace dissatisfaction: 100/10 — the only area where this decade-old company exceeds expectations

Pros
Management is very professional. Always looking for new ventures. Leadership is good too. With the SMT looking at each of us, from interns to managers. Town hall meetings were very good in keeping all of us up to date.
Cons
Too many ventures. Exciting. Will be good to be more connected at times. Understand that SMT is always looking into the future. Respect.
