Expected to work overtime daily and chastised for finishing on time, even for staff with caring responsibilities. Micro-managing and disempowering (snooping on everyone's inboxes, enforcing rigid processes). Bad-mouthing previous employees to current team. Toxic upper management making an unbearable environment.
