Good company to work for

Nothing really bad to be honest

It's a job which is cool I guess...

Management is a joke, they sit in their offices all day and chat with each other instead of leading. You see them play favorites, especially with the employees that they are having "relations" with. It is a lot of very long hours with long stretches of working 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week. I have seen people be let go for missing a day during these mandatory stretches, they think it is crazy for you to have a personal life and not be able to dedicate 10 hours a day for 4-5 weeks straight. As for the Fan Cloth sales department, full of sad wanna be coaches that peaked in high school. They talk down to everyone that works in the warehouse as if they are better. Fan Cloth makes it's money by harassing schools and getting sectaries in trouble. You will cold call people 5 times a day until they would buy in and then when their order is messed up the managers will tell you that they do not matter because you have already made money off of them. They also literally said that it doesn't matter if someone asks to be taken off of the list. Women in the office are talked down to and even told by management to "wear more makeup", You also can't go to HR because they are just as bad and will have no problem talking about people that they hate in front of employees.
