Pros

The location and food options are great, and some of the people there are genuinely nice to work with. The HR team is helpful during both onboarding and offboarding, and salary payments are always processed on time.

Cons

The work environment is generally okay when collaborating with colleagues — most team members are friendly and cooperative. However, when IT Management gets involved, the environment can quickly become toxic. The pressure increases significantly, and accountability is often pushed unfairly onto individuals, creating stress and discomfort. There is no proper or experienced team head or strategic lead to guide the product direction. Transitioning from this environment to a well-structured or established company can be a steep learning curve, as processes here are quite informal.

Pros

Decent office location situated walking distance from MRT, variety of food options

Cons

Management can be quite toxic and micromanaging at times. May not be very technically strong themselves, which makes it difficult to get proper guidance or support. They are also not very approachable, so it can be challenging to clarify issues or receive constructive direction when needed. A lot of OT with minimal benefits.

Pros

Colleagues are generally friendly, and some team members are supportive. It can be a place to gain entry-level experience if you are highly self-driven.

Cons

New employees are expected to become fully competent within an unrealistically short time. If you are still learning after a week, you may become the subject of criticism rather than being properly guided. Management lacks organisation and clear direction. Decisions often rely heavily on selective input rather than objective assessment. When issues arise, responsibility is quickly pushed downward instead of being addressed constructively. Workload frequently does not reflect the level of compensation. Expectations are high, but support and structure are limited. Leadership within the team is inconsistent. Responsibilities are not always carried out by team lead and he avoid accountability or delegate his duties informally when supervision is absent, while still receiving recognition for work completed by others. Mon - Sat work day, OT everyday, everyone needs to participate. Bonus delay with no explanation
