Pros

Full of good talented and caring employees.

Cons

The owners want to own you body and soul, you are just a number. Profit is all that they care about, not the people that actually make the money for them, yet if they did the right thing by people profit would follow, it really is not that difficult. I heard it mentioned that turnover is in the high 30% - feels like more. Chairman came to my induction and said you are either on the bus or off the bus, I have got big pockets and a chequebook - if your face doesn't fit or you aren't doing what we want you won't be here. I had been in the company 15 minutes, The managers live in fear and do nothing to protect their team otherwise it would be their neck on the line, it got so bad I physically hated Sunday's, I just had to leave, I was having dark thoughts - when I told my wife I was leaving - her words "thank God, I get my husband back - the kids get their dad back". The only time I felt listened to was when the HR woman did an exit interview with me the week I left, spent time listening to what my experience was like and told me that she would be feeding back on all exit interviews to the owners, aye right, like they would listen, likely story or she's a brave girl. Pros

Gained a few good friendships but that’s about it!

Cons

It’s a horrible place to work and always will be. Certain managers can’t take responsibility for their poor leadership and quite frankly, don’t know what they are doing. They send out a staff survey every year for feedback however, the main issues aren’t addressed and they wonder why staff feel demotivated and not valued. You are just a number in there unfortunately, I have never seen so many people come and go. Flexible working/WFH was taken away to work on collaboration but managers/ directors don’t even acknowledge anything that’s going on and some can’t even say Hello or good morning? It has seriously deteriorated over the last few years through terrible management with bad attitudes.

Pros

There is a yearly profit share, though who know’s how much longer for, haven’t even announced it for this year yet with 9 days to go. Had a good team, but most are now leaving due to recent decisions from CEO. Great director and manager if they decide they want to stay.

Cons

Don’t even really know where to start, there are to many and nobody up at the top really seems to care anyway
