You will be expected to be very independent and figure things out on your own. It is a growing business, so it does make sense that you need to be self-sufficient

Sometimes the super independent work environment could be a con, if I'm ever stuck on something and the usual resources I use can't help me, then it can sometimes be tough to get a hold of someone who can help me. Often times people were super busy and had little to no time to help when I would catch them on a whim
