      -employees are friendly and it's easy to make friends -work culture is laid back

      Cons

      -the schedule is released less than a week before you're to work, so it is hard to plan around. -an expectation of wearing multiple hats -work culture is laid back - little training -the uniform is uncomfortable and hot in the summer

      Family owned and operated. Pretty place to work. Always let you take your time off. Amazing Spa Director. Small team feels like family.

      Upward mobility from Manager on Duty is difficult considering senior management has been around forever.
