Having worked for one of the three companies that formed Allyant, I have perspective from the past as well as where we are headed. Allyant is far stronger than the previous three companies and financially in a position to make a difference in the industry. Allyant is in a great position to continue to grow as accessibility continues to be a requirement for most organizations.

Growing pains from merging three companies is always a stressful process, but most of that has been accomplished and the company is becoming process driven as our sales and volumes increase.

Consistent work. Laid back environment. Challenging projects for grabs. A ton of information available for learning and growth within the industry.

The compensation is below industry standards, and the path for growth and advancement is too convoluted to suffer through.
