Pros
Great location. Plenty to do for lunch in the area. Easy to get time off. People generally friendly. Good work environment
Cons
Low pay. VERY family oriented to a fault. If you are in the inner circle, you’re untouchable. If not, you’re expendable. I saw people in the inner circle make major foul ups with their budget, then they had to cut positions due to their incompetence. Use the job to gain experience, or just for a paycheck. Then GET OUT.
