Cons
Sales can be a high-pressure environment, and while Aloft does a great job of keeping things positive, the nature of the job still includes rejection and the occasional slow season. It’s not a 9 to 5 gig weekends and evenings are part of the grind. Some backend systems could be streamlined a bit more to make follow-ups and scheduling smoother. Nothing major, just areas for improvement.
