Great people trying to achieve great things. Our service users benefit from the work we do and we have satisfaction from this.
Cons
More work than achievable and an underperforming, yet overstaffed HR department who are unwilling to help or support. I often get a better response from Google.
Senior managers have an ‘us’ and ‘them’ approach, like in CEO updates which always start with from the senior management team and end in the same manner.
