      Pros

      The HR Poc is very engaging and contactable. They also reach out to me once a while to check how am i doing. In the event of an issue / dispute, they resolve it amicably and professional. I was surprised that i was given a birthday cake on my during my birthday month. Thank you for the kind gesture.

      Cons

      Provide more date options for company cohesion event.

      Manager who liase me with my workplace has been very helpful with my onboarding

      Pros

      I've had very positive experience working with AlpSoft. They offers strong career growth and learning. Great HR team, strong support for client-facing work and very approachable making work environment comfortable and transparent

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving which leads to minor inefficiencies but do not have significant impact to the overall positive experiences
