      Pros

      Mostly friendly work force, well established company. Good annual leave entitlement and benefits for employees.

      Cons

      A very rigid organisation, with an outdated mindset yet it operates in a similar way to a start up when it comes to decision making. Major actions are not thought out despite endless discussions and work towards towards them. Decisions are made erratically and can leave employees feeling exhausted and uncertain. Poor compensation.

      Pros

      Great people and you can learn a lot. Good company culture, we used to have many social events. I have completed PRINCE2 training and additional internal courses.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt that only those who were 'loud enough 'and 'out there' got the promotions.
