      Pros

      Upward mobility. They basically let me do whatever I asked for. I moved up over the years eventually becoming an engineer It was a fun place to work. Management made an effort to reach out to employees to let them know they're appreciated.

      Cons

      Some people made me feel like I should work 50-60 hours per week on salary. I simply told them I would do that occasionally but not on a routine basis. They accepted that. Travel was sometimes requested last second and you worked through the weekend. I believe it's better now. They give you decent notice and bring you back for the weekend.

      Pros

      Dedicated and talented employees, many who have been here for decades. Great customers and projects to work on. Opportunities to work with professional broadcast and network technology solutions and learn marketable skills. The company is growing and successful. There is a sense that we have turned a corner from more challenging times.

      Cons

      Alpha has had some struggles through COVID and with supply chain issues, but we're adding new talent and investing in our people.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable colleagues and fun projects.

      Cons

      The owner is unethical and instructs his management team to give negative reviews in an effort to not give out raises. Also, the audiovisual team is the lowest priority for the company.
