      If you’re a fresh grad, you’re in on an exciting adventure. You’ll be empowered to shine & you’ll have many opportunities to learn new skills. Colleagues are lovely & lifetime friendships are built here.

      Cons

      There's a ceiling in terms of your career paths here. After you reach a certain level (usually mid-level), there’s a high chance you’ll be stagnant for a while, unless your boss leaves & you’re deemed eligible to step up into the role.

      Pros

      Wonderful to be side by side with talented people who have chosen to work for a higher goal and hear amazing testimonies of those who's lives have been changed for eternity

      Cons

      Employees are asked to do more work with fewer resources. Poor organizational planning. Economically affected - when the economy is in trouble, head count is reduced and pay cuts can happen.
