The job advert is a complete scam, do not believe it. I was suspicious that they call themselves a ‘marketing solutions’ company yet I noticed no Case Studies on their pathetic outdated website, as well as no brands they have worked with. Their job description will sell you a dream. It’s pretty vague and they do not mention it’s a DOOR TO DOOR sales job. They use the term B2B to disguise this - which is really false and not true. They interview loads of people and it will last about 5 mins, they most likely do not even read your CV. You will get called back immediately for the next stage of the interview..but it’s not the “next stage” They take the mick and make you work 11-8pm doing Door to Door sales. Don’t believe a word this company says nor the MD as this is all one big scam just to benefit themselves. It’s disgusting how misleading the job descriptions are and would advise you change this so you stop wasting people’s time. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. If you notice all the ‘cons’ on the good reviews state either “bad parking or long hours” it’s very vague and very obvious these are fake reviews. Their is no salary base, strictly all commission.
