      Decent work-life balance and decent pay, not great.

      Cons

      Low 401K match, no bonus and limited training made it hard to stay here when competitors offers so many more incentives to be knowledgeable on their equipment.

      Time to use restroom and get coffee. Mostly pleasant staff. Steady flow of work.
