I can assure you as a former employee every negative review is 100% truthful as well as that every positive review written about the company has been written by current employees due to advice from management about having a 'negative image'
Honestly don't waste you're time, whether you attend the 'interview' day (interview used very loosely as all team leaders do is try to convince you to take the job rather than the other way around. So much so they are given a script to follow throughout the day) and decide it's not for you or waste 6 months or more of your life trying to complete their 'management training programme' eventually everyone ends up leaving and in the same boat.
You're constantly told this business is the only way to be successful (not true)
Constantly told people not working commission based jobs are unsuccessful (not true)
And also constantly told working 13 hours a day (where you can only actually earn money for about 4/5 hours of the day) is the best idea in the world (not true)
Theoretically for someone to be considered 'successful' in this job they would be earning 500/600 a week which initially sounds attractive however working 6 days a week 13 hours a day equates this to 7.70 an hour... not as attractive
Also I can not express more how unlikely it is someone in this business is making £100 a day. 100% it is possible as it is uncapped earnings however it is a business purely based on image. To those at entry level team leaders look extremely successful however on average they're not earning that much more than you
It's a business run purely on the naivety of young people and brainwashing them into thinking they have the best job in the world when realistically they would make more money in a McDonald's uniform.
