Pros

Some great co-workers and people who want to do what is right for patients and the company despite poor management and lack of quality leadership

Cons

Upper management is completely clueless and is non transparent. They do not listen to their employees. Hiding behind legal jargon and lying about compensation. Miserable software that makes it hard to be effective at your job and creates poor patient experience. Unfair and inequitable pay for unequal and unbalanced workloads across providers Head of people/HR flat out lies about compensation and is incredibly disrespectful when questioned. Lots of lies everywhere. Lowest paying company in the telemedicine world. Company is in dire straits financially and likely will not exist in a year given poor business choices they are currently making. Beware and watch your back as they are very retaliatory if you speak up about any of their problems. They mouth the words of “living the values and being mission driven” but internally they themselves are so far outside of the values they seek to portray. Muting our mikes and not allowing any questions in meetings. Not a single happy provider in the company. But thanks so much for the offer of an HDMI cord to keep us happy. Really?
