Regarding your concerns on compensation, Alpha ensures equitable and fair pay by basing compensation philosophy on objective metrics as well as a comprehensive performance review process. As an example, for Family Nurse Practitioner compensation we rely on MGMA industry benchmarking, external compensation experts, individual contributor goals, team lead performance reviews, and metrics established by our CMO. Our intention is to maintain a holistic and competitive compensation plan designed to attract and maintain our provider talent.
Alpha also maintains a formal compliance program, as detailed in our Code of Conduct, with a clear no-retaliation policy, and we invite all employees to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. When concerns are raised, we work to address them in a timely and appropriate manner.
