      Fast passed learning environment. Travelled to many cities as a deployment engineer. After a couple weeks of training you're thrown into the fire.

      Better compensation plan. Especially for those on the road

      Exciting and positive atmosphere. Several opportunities to succeed. Highly supportive staff. Competitive pay and benefits with the opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      There isn't much to say in the way of being any type of negative aspects to working at Alpha Ten.

      Not a lot of formal training, must have a firm understanding of one's own skills. Contract position not permanent.
