- Poor salary's. You start from 14$ per hr. if you are junior. If you are senior you should stay away from this place, they will give you maximum 16$ per hr. And after 1-2 years you will only have +50 cents which is 16.50 per hr. - Very low attitude to employees. Don't expect to find the truth in this company, you will find only disappointment. - Old equipment. The monitors are very old, you dont see a good colors when you have to render your images. IF you ask to fix they don't react. Every time the same: "We have do deal with production using of the equipment that we have" That means go back to your desktop and find a solution by your self. - Wrong estimation time budget for the tasks. All modeling tasks is imposible to finish in time. You have to stay after work or you have to ask more time which is not good for you. Cause if your efficiency is going down you will be punished for that. - 80% Junior stuff including their seniors. Dont expect for help.
