Its is great to have a friendly boss, who is there to help and to lead you in your activity. In addition to that, it is very nice to be able to work remotely, and choose your own time to get assignments done. You get the opportunity to represent a young and innovative company, which can lead to business connections, and further opportunities for your career. Overall, a great concept, a nice team, and a very professional environment.

Of course, like in any other remote job or activity, the lack of human interaction can make your job seem boring, but Skype sessions and social media were definitely of great help.

The greatest advantage was the daily contact with CEO who has a big amount of tool knowledge and patience. Moreover, the content on the website was truly interesting so the work was a pleasure. An additional pro is an elastic work schedule.

Sometimes it is hard to focus while working remotely, but if you master it, it becomes even more effective and comfortable than sitting in the office. A bigger issue was temporary boring ( I mean for me) work to be done. But it is a perk of working in a small entrepreneurship.
