      Pros

      Most of the team are friendly and helpful, and the location of the office is really nice.

      Cons

      No investment in professional development. Scatty leadership with no vision. Business feels insecure.

      I'm not sure what to think about the description 'scatty'. I guess that being quite pleased about the description proves that it's probably correct :) As the comment was written in 2018 it's good to report that we are more secure than you may have expected. We've been going since 1998 and are doing fine. In all that time not one request for PD has been refused and all colleagues with ambition have thrived either here or in their next career moves. I hope that this also applies to the mysterious anonymous former employee.

      Pros

      Everyone is approachable and friendly. The atmosphere is always vibrant and everyone is easy to get along with. There are always things going on, there is never a dull moment in the office. Have only been with the company for a short amount of time, but so far have really enjoyed. I was welcomed with open arms and everyone is very accommodating, and willing to answer any questions. Having a small team is good because it means that everybody has time for everybody, so no one is ever left out of the loop. A very inclusive place to work.

      Cons

      Rural location - can be hard to get to if you don't have access to own vehicle.
