      Pros

      snacks, clean office, and a few civilized employees.

      Cons

      They make you take onboarding classes that will eat up your entire day for the first couple of months. They don't tell you this during the interview process. It takes away from the ability to focus on building yourself up and actually getting work done. The proof is in the pudding. I had seniors tell me directly that they thought the amount of onboarding work was insane and unnecessary.

      Pros

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      Cons

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
