      Pros

      The product is amazing you'll get to work with like minded people with alot of knowledge.

      Cons

      No room for human errors, you'll be judged by 1 mistake you've done and they'll make a report on how it could've been better and you're nit a right fit bcoz of that. Hire and fire policy

      Pros

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      Cons

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
