Cons Extremely toxic work culture where employees often feel suffocated.Team leaders lack proper management skills and have even encouraged dishonesty with customers regarding the product.There’s a massive hiring drive happening with no clear strategy, leading to confusion and chaos.Favoritism is rampant — top accounts are handed to the manager’s preferred people, regardless of performance.Many of the positive reviews here seem questionable and do not reflect the actual experience.Managers responsible for leading Account Executives often don’t have the experience or maturity required for the role.Many colleagues have been let go without just cause, ruining careers and livelihoods. Some left stable jobs after going through 6–7 interview rounds, only to be let down by poor leadership and broken promises. Ethics are severely lacking, and leadership seems indifferent to the long-term damage caused to employees and their families. Avoid if you value your career. Advice to Management Everything is not about sales processes and numbers. Focus on building a healthy work environment. Take the time to honestly assess whether your team feels happy, supported, and motivated — not just based on scripted pitches or checklists.Treat people with respect — they are not just resources, they have families and lives beyond the office.

Pros

Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

Cons

serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
