      Pros

      You learn a great deal of emotional intelligence by working with the current employees, management, and the clients.

      Cons

      -Non-Inclusive (Sexism, Racism) -Product isn’t actually helpful to clients in specific verticals (if you must join and they place you in the newer verticals without greater pay - they are taking advantage of your talents.) -Intimidation from management even if you are hitting quota -Overworked,Underpaid -Favoritism -Competitive, Unsupportive pod structure (as a result of the young, competitive environment) -Young management abusing their power/role with little to no leadership experience

      Pros

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      Cons

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
