      Pros

      The people at AlphaSense are top notch in every department. Super high performing staff, all of which are highly motivated to sell, retain, and provide the best customer experience.

      Cons

      Fast paced nature of the product can sometimes make it hard to keep up. Information moves so fast it takes up quite a bit of your day trying to stay ahead of the curve.

      Pros

      Strong Tech with Lots of funding, new NYC offices. decent people and training,

      Cons

      serious growing pains. Territories have shrunk, qouta has gone up, SDRs cant book meetings, seasoned AEs are cold calling like junior reps. comp landscape has become very murky and proprietary tech is limited Terrible VP overseeing NYC financial services team. no strategy other than call more and sell more. allowed tenured reps to call their own territories leaving garbage for the rest.
