      Mon-Fri Work Week Good colleagues

      Cons

      Unrealistic Timeline for project completion. Management thinks that if they don't feel right about certain weight of SM component they change it on their own. Management doesn't want an engineered product they want Designers who shall design what they like without the designer raising concern over the functionality, aesthetics and Calculations

      Pros

      Can't see a lot of Pros, may be, the opportunity to work in an emerging industry is one.

      Cons

      CEO wants to control everything, no idea why he has leaders and managers appointed. Very fickle minded, running in a direction today, in another tomorrow. Jumping into a lot of things at once without achieving expertise in one field. CHRO is the culture killer. Gets some kind of pleasure for treating people like school children. If she made up her mind for something, then that's final. Keeps on changing the company policy as per her own will.
