      - Working from home - Caring team mates

      Cons

      My experience with this company was negative. People who are at the management level don’t seem to know how to make a good relationship with their team members nor how to train them properly. They have a fully flexible working policy but people including myself worked overtime so often until quite late. (Of course there’s no payment for overwork) They don’t have HR nor anyone who takes care of you even if anything happens. You should make sure to read your contract very carefully before signing it.

      Alphagreen has become my second home with amazing and riven people who always here to support and listen. This company cares a lot about their employees and always motive them to go forward and achieve goals!

      Pros

      I worked for 7 months at Alphagreen and the experience was amazing. The team was multicultural, I worked in the Spanish section but with a regular chat with the workers of Italy, France, Japan, Germany, or UK, among others. The job was stimulating, as I was in charge of the Spanish site, and my managers were supporting me in any endeavor. At the same time, I had a great deal of space for develop my own initiative within the project. I would recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a challenging but easygoing job, in a friendly environment that helps you to thrive. In addition, working from home is something that I welcomed greatly, especially in this time of the pandemic, as I could avoid going to the underground in the rush hour.
